On May 19/20, all Algebra II classes on campus will be taking the Algebra II End-Of-Course Exam.  Previously, there was a unit circle test scheduled for this date, so the calendar has been adjusted to reflect this development.  There will be no unit circle test on May 19/20 – however we still plan on teaching the unit circle, and it may appear on the final exam/final review.

The percentages for the major tests/projects have been adjusted accordingly:

• Conic Sections Test: 25% –> 30%
• Conics Project: 10% (no change)
• Sequences/Series Test: 25% –> 30%

These three major grades will still sum to 70% of the six weeks average.

These reviews will count as a grade and need to be done EVEN IF YOU ARE EXEMPTING THE FINAL EXAM!!!  These are due on the scheduled date of your class’ final exam, unless your exemption status (85 semester average) is contingent on this review being complete (in which case, the review must be turned in before you may sign for exemptions).
